Both things are unlawful.

Question 2:
What does shariat says about artificial techniques for pregnancy like IUI in which the sperm of man is injected near womb of women so that it artificially goes inside womb to meet egg of women so that she becomes pregnant? Is this technique halal or haram?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 132/132/M1431)
The above mentioned artificial method of pregnancy for getting child is not alright; since it is unnatural and shamelessness.
